Adirondack Soccer Club Registration

COST INFORMATION 

• 2011 Indoor Session #1 is $145 U-8 to U-14 and $200 U-16 and older (Nov-Jan)*
• 2012 Indoor Session #2 is $145 U-8 to U-14 and $200 U-16 and older (Jan-Mar)*

*Prices include indoor practice time as well as games.

• 2012 Outdoor Travel Team is $125 (Apr-Jun)

Sign up by December 31st to reserve your spot on the team with a $50 deposit.  The balance is due by March 15.  For registrations after December 31st, a $20 late fee may be added.

Cancellations will be subject to a $32 administrative fee. All registrations will not be considered complete until player picture and forms are received.

2.  Register online (preferred) or download a registration form to mail.

3.  Please provide the following forms:A medical form by mail or email, needed once per year.

• Approx. 1” X 1” picture (headshot) by mail or email.
• For players new to our club, a copy of your birth certificate.
• Uniform order form, if needed (See Below)

Forms and payment are needed in advance to ensure your place on a team. Your registration is not complete until all of these are received.

UNIFORMS

All new players are required to purchase a new uniform ($55) for the upcoming season.  If playing indoor only, only the white tee shirt is required.  The $55 charge for the uniform includes a white tee shirt to be used when we play teams with similar colors to ours. Players are highly encouraged to come see the new uniform and try it on for a correct size.  Contact Tawn Driscoll directly for more information.
